1. Nature of the Service
Genoa Township Residents Directory is a privately run reference. It identifies and links to public indexes, rolls, collections, and official custodians relevant to Genoa Township, Michigan. It does not host a government record or act for any government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or information located through it to:
- Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm another person.
- Find a person protected by a court order or safety program.
- Commit fraud, identity theft, or another unlawful act.
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA.
- Systematically scrape, copy, or republish the content.

3. Consumer Reporting Status

7. Indemnity

11. Michigan Law
Michigan law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Michigan Freedom of Information Act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 et seq., governs access to qualifying public records held by public bodies, but it does not make this private reference a custodian or override record-specific confidentiality law.
12. Severability
If a term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue in effect.
